What is a preorder?

A preorder allows you to secure your hair before it ships. Your order is processed within the same day and fulfilled once the hair arrives.

How long does standard and preorders take to ship?

Preorders ship within 7-10 business days. Most orders ship sooner. All standard orders ship in 1-3 business days. Tracking numbers are sent out within 24 hours of order fulfillment.

Can I cancel a preorder?
