Refunds & Returns Information
We do not accept returns after they've been shipped and reached their destination. A thorough quality check is performed on all items before it is shipped. If the quality does not meet the customers' needs after they received the order, we will process an exchange.
Refunds can be issued if a customer made a mistake in the purchase of their order. The customer is required to reach out to within 24 hours, so we are informed. All refunds are processed in 1-2 business days, and the customer will receive the original form of payment in 3-10 business days depending on the bank.
